ABOUT THE EVENT

The lockdown calls for new ways to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Hence embrace this chance to join Mansi Gandhi in her session of Blindfolded Yoga. This unique form of yoga is practised with a scarf or sleep mask to cover over your eyes. When using a blindfold, external and visual stimuli is removed. This gives you no choice but to turn your attention inward and focus on yourself. And with this session, get ready to bring orientation back into your lives- raising conscience, improving focus and reducing stress.
